Refunds & Exchanges

At Freya handmade with Kärlek, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and that's why I offer a hassle-free refund and exchange policy.

If you are not happy with your products for any reason, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that earrings cannot be refunded once they have been worn.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact me. I will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning your Products, please make sure they are in their original condition and packaging. I cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.

Once I receive your returned products, I will inspect them to ensure they meet my return policy criteria. If everything checks out, I will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

If you choose a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

If you prefer an exchange, I will work with you to find the perfect replacement for your returned products. I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase, and I will do my best to accommodate your preferences.
