Ordering Process
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include all relevant details about your products, pricing, billing, and delivery address. If you notice any discrepancies in the confirmation, please reach out immediately to us - freyakarlek@gmail.com.

Delivery Information
Our delivery times range from 3 to 7 days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Should there be any unexpected delays in delivery (without prior notification of a longer delivery time), please contact us - freyakarlek@gmail.com.

Pricing Details
All prices displayed are in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of supplier price changes, printing errors, or incorrect information, and we may modify prices accordingly.

Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

5.1 How to Withdraw:
Please inform us of your decision by sending an email to freyakarlek@gmail.com. Your message should clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and details of the items you wish to return. You must return the items to us immediately and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You will be responsible for return shipping; therefore, ensure that products are securely packaged and in their original condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund for any decrease in value due to use or damage.

5.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

  • Custom-made items tailored specifically for you.

Complaints and Returns
We inspect all products before they are shipped. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will address the issue at no extra cost as per applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us for approval before returning a defective product. Claims should be reported as soon as a defect is discovered.

6.1 How to File a Complaint:
Any defects or issues must be reported to freyakarlek@gmail.com, including your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the defect. If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a similar product, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws. We cover return shipping costs for accepted complaints. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if the product is found to be in accordance with applicable laws. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the product. We are also not responsible for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fires, wars, governmental actions, or missed deliveries from suppliers. Additionally, we are not liable for changes to products or their features made by suppliers or other external factors.

Product Information
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors on our website and for products to be out of stock. We do not guarantee that product images reflect their exact appearance, as color variations may occur depending on your display, photo quality, and resolution. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.
